Why Am I Seeing Stories About Programming And Coding?

No interest, yet the algorithm thinks I care — a lot.

Each day I come onto this site, I have a majority of stories about either coding, a programming language, or something similar.

WHY am I deluged with this material? I’ve never shown a smidgen of interest in these topics at any time, yet they continue coming at me.
